Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined industry or territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop account plan for key accounts and territory.
  • Management territory industry sales pipeline & reporting.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Rancher services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption.
  • Develop case studies.
  • Manage full selling cycle from new leads to close and payment collection.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven software sales track record
  • Familiar CaaS/PaaS/Edge topic
  • Familiar FSI/Motor/MFG/GOV/Tech/Retail/PUB customer applications/ IT architecture/procurement process/partner eco-system.
  • Basic verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
