Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined industry or territory.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Develop account plan for key accounts and territory.
- Management territory industry sales pipeline & reporting.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Rancher services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Develop case studies.
- Manage full selling cycle from new leads to close and payment collection.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience)
- 5+ years of software enterprise sales experience.
- Proven software sales track record
- Familiar CaaS/PaaS/Edge topic
- Familiar FSI/Motor/MFG/GOV/Tech/Retail/PUB customer applications/ IT architecture/procurement process/partner eco-system.
- Basic verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
